David Ditmars brings a wide-ranging background in both marketing and real estate to his role as Marketing Director for Hotel Source, Inc. He joined Hotel Source as Marketing Director and Sales Associate, after holding marketing positions in many areas of the real estate industry — including residential, commercial, and student housing. Prior to becoming licensed, David served as the Director of Marketing for State Street Village, a 367-bed student housing creation designed by world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn, set on the campus of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Dave is a licensed real estate associate who has worked as an agent in Chicago.

David graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. While attending the University of Illinois, he was a member of two honor societies and the Dean's List..
