Spanning a wide array of lodging assets, Seth’s disposition and advisory assignments include limited and full service hotels, distressed hotels, hotels requiring an accelerated time-frame liquidation, land sites for hotel development, and hostels. These successes are augmented by his ongoing experience as a hotel owner. As Managing Member of a private investment company, he successfully raised equity and debt for the acquisition and conversion of an independent hotel to a franchised hotel. He continues to own the property and implement value-driven asset management strategies. His previous on-property operations experience with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts includes positions as Sales Manager and Project Manager at the 631-room Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio. He holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the Ohio State University. As Vice President of Hotel Source, Inc., Seth has successfully completed over 40 hotel dispositions and advisory assignments, including asset valuation, expert witness testimony and receivership. He is responsible for sourcing new business assignments, advising clients of opportunities to increase hotel value and executing value-maximization strategies during ownership and at disposition.
