Renovation: Approximately $3,600,000 spent on renovations including new exterior, lobby reconfiguration and complete replacement of case goods and soft goods.

Reposition: Partnered with developer and on-site management firm. Property converted to Holiday Inn Express in June 2007.

Results: Delivered investors anticipated returns for each year. Eight continuous years of growth in Revenues and Net Operating Income.
