Seth J. Glickman / Broker
Seth Glickman's track record of a wide variety of successful hotel and land transactions has given him an in-depth understanding of what drives the underlying values of various hotel opportunities.
As a broker with Hotel Source, Seth's transactions have involved hotels of all types, including limited-service, full-service, income-producing properties, distressed hotels, and accelerated time-frame sales. Through these sucessful experiences he has developed unique insight that coupled with an aggressive, sales-oriented approach, enables him to maximize value by matching the right hotel assets with the right hotel buyers.
Seth's real estate transaction successes are augmented by his experience within the hotel industry. With Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Seth was employed as a sales and convention services manager for the 631-room Hyatt Regency-Columbus, Ohio. In that position, Seth consistently produced high room revenue sales figures through target marketing to new client segments and concentrated prospecting of local corporations and entertainment venues. As a result of his business generation, Seth was awarded an outstanding production achievement award. Prior to his sales management position, Seth served as one of two project managers who enabled the successful completion of a total renovation of all 631 guestrooms, within four and a half months.
Seth graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology's Dupree College of Management with his Masters of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the Ohio State University. Seth is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Tim Trieschmann / Associate
Drawing on more than three decades of hospitality industry expertise, Tim's diverse contributions to Hotel Source, Inc. include involvement with many of the firm's listings, generating new client and property leads, and offering innovative and unique financial services targeted to underperforming hotel assets. Tim's operational experience includes twenty years of proficiency at the General Manager level, operating full-service properties that included Radisson and Holiday Inn brands. During the early 1990s, he also worked with several lender REO properties owned by Household Commercial Finance and Van Kampen Merritt.
Prior to joining Hotel Source, Inc., Tim was the co-founder and Managing General Partner for ten years of a hotel investment group that owned and operated properties located in the Midwest, under the Best Western, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, and Sheraton franchises. In addition to his ownership and management company responsibilities, Tim was also a court-appointed receiver for two years, working with a full-service property in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The property was successfully sold for the bank. Tim sold his last hotel for the partnership, and thereafter performed consulting work within the hotel industry, including an assignment for the four-star property group of Accor Hotels and Resorts, based in Paris.
Along with holding his active real estate license, Tim is a Certified Hotel Administrator, and earned a Hospitality Management Diploma from the American Hotel and Lodging Association's Educational Institute. He was past President and Chairman of the Board for the Iowa Lodging Association, and also past State Director to the American Hotel and Lodging Association in Washington, DC.
